The West Midlands Amputee Support Group provides information and support to the limb-loss community within the West Midlands. We aim to support people of all ages and backgrounds through a variety of support meetings and social activities.

We offer support to individuals of any age, whether they are about to have an amputation or are already living with congenital or acquired limb-loss and we offer assistance and information to carers, family members and friends if they require it.

The WMASG was founded by Paul Felton, a fellow amputee who’s leg was amputated below the knee due to an accident at work and through lack of general help and support for the amputee commumity, Paul decided to turn a negative into a positive, thus founding the West Midlands Amputee Support Group.
